01Who we are

The controller of your information is Flamboyant Fortune Financial Inc. Reach us at support@flamboyantfortune.com. Meetings are by appointment; we do not keep a public walk-in office.

02Information we collect

  • Account and billing details you type into our forms: name, email, telephone, firm or family office, and billing address.
  • Your mandate selection, stored in your browser so that authorization can show the correct retainer.
  • Collection records you enter in the Stewardship Ledger: inventory, locations, insurance schedules, appraisal dates, photographs, and notices.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected by our hosting and, where enabled, analytics tools.

Card numbers entered on the authorization form are validated in your browser. This site does not operate a live payment processor and does not store full card numbers on our servers.

03How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the advisory work and the Ledger, to correspond about your engagement, to meet legal and professional obligations, and to protect the security of the service. We do not sell personal information.

04Sharing

We share information with the service providers who host this site and process our email, with professional advisors, and where the law requires it.

We share collection records with insurers, lenders, appraisers, or counsel only when you instruct us to do so as part of an engagement.

05Retention

We keep engagement files for as long as the relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required by law or professional standards. Records held in your browser's local storage can be cleared by you at any time.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your Ledger credentials confidential.

07Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold by writing to support@flamboyantfortune.com.

You may also hold rights under the laws that apply to you, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

08Cookies

The site uses the essential cookies required to operate its pages. Where we use non-essential analytics cookies we do so consistently with applicable law, and you can control cookies from your browser.

The services are not directed to children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
