01Who we are
Flamboyant Fortune Financial Inc. is a collection-governance advisory firm. We coordinate appraisal, insurance, provenance, and storage for fine art, rare timepieces, collectible automobiles, fine jewelry, rare wines, and comparable tangible holdings.
We do not buy or sell the objects we document, we do not take custody of them, and we do not operate a marketplace, escrow, or warehouse. Custody stays with you or with the facility you appoint.
02What we provide
We provide advisory work and a software workspace, the Stewardship Ledger, that records inventory, locations, insurance schedules, appraisal dates, and the notices that follow from them. Access to the Ledger is included in a paid annual mandate.
Our advice is not a substitute for independent legal, tax, insurance, or conservation counsel. Where a question belongs with a licensed professional, we will tell you and coordinate the introduction.
03Mandates and payment
Mandates are Collection Stewardship at $18,000 a year, Insurance & Storage Advisory at $32,000 a year, and Family Office Mandate at $64,000 a year. Amounts are in U.S. dollars and are billed annually in advance.
The authorization form on this site validates card number, expiry, security code, name, and billing address in your browser. This site does not run a live card processor and does not store full card numbers on our servers. A mandate begins when we confirm the engagement in writing.
04Accounts
You agree to give accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
05The Stewardship Ledger
Records held in the Ledger are a working file. They are not a certificate of title, an appraisal, or an insurance policy, and they do not create coverage.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Export packs and printed reports are a convenience for counsel, insurers, and lenders; they do not replace original documents.
06Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to reach another client's records, scrape the service, or use it to facilitate unlawful activity. We may remove content we reasonably believe to be unlawful or unsafe.
07Intellectual property
The site, the Ledger, and our written materials remain our property. You keep every right in the collection data you enter, and you grant us a limited licence to host that data so that we can provide the service.
08Disclaimers
The services are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or an error-free Ledger, and we do not warrant market values, insurance outcomes, or legal results.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
10Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. Annual retainers are not automatically refunded for unused time unless the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may terminate for material breach where the breach is not cured within thirty days of notice, or immediately where there is a security or legal risk.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.
