What we coordinate

Four disciplines around your holdings

Appraisal, insurance, provenance, and storage. Estate documentation and acquisition advisory are coordinated inside those four rather than sold separately. We orchestrate specialists. We do not take custody.

Services

The work around the objects you already own.

Each card is a discipline we coordinate. Personalized work sits under an advisory agreement. The site itself is informational.

Appraisal coordination
d-none

We schedule qualified appraisers by object type and keep a calendar for updates as your holdings change.

Art, timepieces, automobiles, jewelry, wine, and other collectibles each need a specialist who actually works that category.

Reports land in your collection file with the rest of the documentation, not in a separate inbox.

Valuations are opinions of specialists. They are not guarantees of market value or future price.

Specialty insurance brokerage
d-none

We place coverage with carriers who understand high-value collections, then track renewal dates so a rider does not quietly lapse.

Watches, cars, jewelry, and art rarely belong on a standard household schedule once values and transit needs grow.

We are not an insurer. Coverage is subject to the issuing carrier's terms, conditions, and exclusions.

You receive a single schedule of what is covered, where it sits, and when it renews.

Provenance verification
d-none

We verify chains of ownership and keep authenticity papers with the inventory, so a gap is visible before an estate or a sale.

Missing invoices, undocumented transfers, and unrecorded restorations are the usual holes. We document what exists and flag what does not.

Storage, estate packs, and acquisition advisory are coordinated alongside provenance when the file needs them.

We do not buy, sell, or take custody. Final decisions on any object remain yours.

Storage and transit
d-none

We write down what each object type needs, then place it with facilities and carriers that meet the specification and name every address on one schedule.

Art, watches, automobiles, jewelry, and wine each want different climate, security, and access terms. One room rarely serves all five.

Movements are booked ahead with declared values and condition reports at both ends, rather than arranged the week a truck is needed.

We do not own warehouses and we do not drive the trucks. Facility and carrier terms stay between you and them.

Bring the collection under one file.

Write when appraisals, coverage, storage, and estate records need a single owner. We coordinate the specialists. You keep the assets.
